    2. Change clothes and bath towels frequently.
    Any worn clothing or used bath towel will produce bacteria. Change your clothes daily, especially socks and underwear, unless you want yesterday’s bacteria joining forces with today’ s. Also, keep in mind that cotton clothes are better at hiding body odor, as they absorb smelly sweat rather than letting it evaporate into the air.
    3. Eat light.
