Follow these simple tips to keep the bacteria away:

If you haven’ t been using one, chances of the bacteria levels on your body are quite high, so get their numbers under control by bathing with your new soap twice a day for two weeks.     2. Change clothes and bath towels frequently.
    Any worn clothing or used bath towel will produce bacteria. Change your clothes daily, especially socks and underwear, unless you want yesterday’s bacteria joining forces with today’ s. Also, keep in mind that cotton clothes are better at hiding body odor, as they absorb smelly sweat rather than letting it evaporate into the air.
    3. Eat light.
