    Our Sales Manager, Mr. William Taylor, and his secretary, Mr. James Rogers will be in Xinning from May 23 to 26. Therefore, kindly reserve us one suite and one single room for four nights beginning from May 23.
    We wish you could satisfy our special requests. As Mr. William Taylor will meet customers from some foreign companies in the hotel, and probably sign contracts with some of them, we hope the suite that we reserve will be quiet and has enough seats and tea sets. What’s more, the single room for his secretary should be equipped with telephone and fax machine so that he can connect with our company quickly.
