   王先生昨天原定下午3：50飞往纽约的航班因故延误到晚上23：30才起飞。工作人员没对旅客作出任何合理解释。写一封投诉信给航空公司，希望得到道歉及解释。

答案    Dear Sir,
   I am writing to you about a most unhappy experience.
   I booked the flight MA795 of your airline yesterday which was scheduled to take off at 15: 50 from Shanghai to New York. But it was not until 23: 30 that we were informed to board. During nearly 8 hours’ waiting, no staff of your airline gave any explanation, nor any water or food were provided. More than 100 passengers were left hungry and tired, including many children and elderly.
   I’m sure that you are able to thoroughly understand my discontent. I’d appreciate it if you could make an apology and give some reasonable explanation. Look forward to your reply as soon as possible.
