    Many university graduates often find it difficult to get integrated into society, which has brought them much anxiety and bitterness. What are the reasons behind this phenomenon?
    The failure to get adapted to the social life can be attributed to two aspects. First of all. most of the university students focus the vast majority of their time on studying knowledge from the books, thus leaving no opportunity to get close contact with the actual life. Besides, lack of the interpersonal skills is also a key element that makes the newly-graduates unable to get on well with others.
    To well address this issue, we are supposed to attend all sorts of social activities so as to well understand what is going on around us. Besides, initiatively and actively communicating with others is also a vital means to help us avoid being detached. As long as we spare no effort to improve our interpersonal skills and the understanding of the current society, we may finally get accustomed to this colorful and appealing world.
