   Employment difficulty of college students is due to the following reasons. First of all, the increasing recruitment of colleges and universities results in an excessive number of graduates entering the job market while the positions in the society is limited. In addition, many colleges and universities fail to adapt their courses to the development of economy. Finally, students’ high goals can also contribute to the difficulty.
