    As is vividly shown in the cartoon, a swindler who has a fishing rod in his hand hides behind the symbol of money to cheat those two students. In fact, the true purpose of the swindler is to kite money from students. The campus fraud not only brings loss to students and teachers, but also has negative effect on society, which needs to be valued highly.
    Why students have been the most common victims of fraud? Firstly, living in the environment of campus, students are often lack of social experience, legal consciousness and ability of judgment. When they meet the situation of fraud, they are unable to distinguish and make right decision. Secondly, the development of technology provides various advanced tools to swindlers. Internet, smart phone and credit card all can be used to defraud. Thirdly, swindlers are becoming craftier. For example, swindlers use fake business cards, ID cards, bank accounts and so on.
