   Therefore, practical and effective measures are expected to be taken to reinforce the implementation of the National Fitness Program. First of all, the government should invest more in installing fitness equipment with reasonable charges throughout the country. In addition, it is right for the famous sporting champions to guide the public in keeping fit through sports. To sum up, joint efforts should be made to promote the development of mass sports.
