    According to the figures given in the chart, we can see that in the twelve months in 2012, the numbers of car accidents vary sharply. Although in some months the cases of car accidents increase, the whole tendency turns to be decreasing.
    We can see from the statistics that there are two peaks of car accidents in 2012. One is in March with the number of 32. The other is in August with the number of 39, which is the highest point of the distribution line. The two peaks occurred in spring and summer respectively. These two seasons have the greatest amount of rainfall. Driving tends to be rather dangerous in rainy days, which might be the most important reason for the increasing number of car accidents. In addition, the figures also tell us that from August, the number of car accidents has been decreasing till it reaches the lowest point of the year in December. From it we can see that because it is not rainy from September to December, the road condition is much better for drivers correspondingly.
    Judging from the figures, we can predict that to solve this problem, the government should erect obvious warning signs in rainy seasons and the drivers should be more cautious when driving in bad weather.
