Dear Sir/ Madam,
    Much to my regret, I write this letter to place a complaint against one of your shop-assistants concerning her had service in the course of my shopping yesterday.
    Yesterday morning I intended to buy my sister a radio as a birthday present. One of your shop-assistants numbered 10 was asked to take several ones for me to choose at the same time.  Under such a situation, it was the assistant’s duty either to de what she was asked to do or to explain why she was unable to comply with such a request. Instead of attending to her duty politely, she turned a deaf ear to my request and walked away murmuring in a sarcastic manner.
    I hope you could look into this unsatisfactory state of ’affairs and to take steps to prevent a similar recurrence of such offensive behavior in future.
