答案                     Overseas Study at an Early Age
    It is the case that more and more parents, by whatever means and at whatever cost, send their children to study abroad before their children finish high school.
    Reasons for this phenomenon are varied.  For one thing, parents who often place high expectations on their children are encouraged by the success stories of those who have completed their overseas study. Pursuing overseas study becomes a kind of short cut in gaining a better future, for overseas experiences are a great advantage in securing a well-paid job. For another, the rapid economic progress in the past few years in China bas enabled more and more parents to afford the huge cost for their children’s overseas study.
    Overseas study is surely a helpful way to get both advanced knowledge and necessary experiences, but I don’t think overseas study at an early age is necessary or beneficial. The students may be too young to either take care of themselves or think for themselves. I do believe that it’s better to pursue overseas study after one has finished his college study at home, when he is more capable of learning and living on his owra.
