As is showed in the picture, the once handsome and healthy superman has put on weight. And the prescription the doctor gives the superman is "less flying... more walking", urging that it’s time for him to save his health.
    Just as the superman in the picture, it is also high time for us to concern about our health. There are various ways for us to keep healthy. To start with, a balanced diet with proper amounts of meat and nutritious vegetables is the fundamental step towards a robust body. And secondly, we must cut down the time we sit still in front of the TV and computers, and should go outdoors and take more exercise instead. Thirdly, maintaining good mood and mentality shield us from both the psychological and physical sufferings.
