Ironically, in the United States, a country of immigrants, prejudice and discrimination continue to be serious problems. Prejudice and discrimination are part of American history; however, this prejudicial treatment of different groups is nowhere more【C4】______than with black Americans.

They could not mix easily with the established society either because of their skin color. It was difficult for them to【C7】______to the American culture. Even after they became free people, they were still【C8】______in employment, housing, education.
Until the 20th century, the majority of the black population lived in the southern part of the United States. Then there was a population【C9】______to the large cities in the North. 选项
答案
O
