You always stay up until midnight watching films, which has disturbed his or her life. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.

   I am writing to apologize for the quarrel this morning. I know that you must be very disappointed.
   The fact is that it is my bad living habit that disturbs your normal life. During the past several hours, I have made profound self-criticism. I feel so ashamed of only caring about my own things without considering your feelings. I do realize this has wrecked the friendship between us. I will correct my mistakes and form good living habits from now on.
   I would like to apologize to you once again to make up for my bad temper. I hope you can accept my apology and we can get along well with each other. I am waiting for your reply.
