    From this picture, we can see that an egg is sitting in front of a blackboard with a pair of thick glasses, and a hen is teaching it very complex and difficult mathematics, expecting it to become knowledgeable and versatile at an early age. This picture actually mirrors a common phenomenon in most Chinese families. The parents have always imposed a heavy burden on the shoulders of their children. However, undue early education may just have adverse effects.
    To begin with, early education has deprived the children of their happy childhood. Secondly, according to scientific researches, too early exploitation of children’s mind may hinder children’s natural development. Last but not least, improper and heavy burden of early education may make children get tired of future study in school.
    In short, I am strongly opposed to undue early education and I hope that parents and educational authorities help to reduce the educational task that fell on children. Let us make joint efforts to give a colorful and happy childhood back to our children.
