    It is said that history refers to the stories of great people. Whether we agree to this idea or not, it is obvious that leadership still plays an important role in today’s society.
    How to become a good leader? It seems to me that three characteristics are needed here. First of all, a good leader is supposed to be confident. When facing the ups and downs of market, a good leader believes that he is the chosen person to steer the company into a brighter future. Secondly, a good leader is expected to be a good listener. Only by listening to all sides can one be enlightened, and actually more heads are always better than one. Last but not the least, a good leader should also be sociable. No matter how wonderful an idea is, it will become useless if no one adopts it. Compared with a silent one, a good speaker is more likely to sell ideas successfully.
    In short, to be a good leader is easier said than done, but it totally deserves the effort because self-fulfillment might arise in this process.
