    Nowadays, there exist lots of fast food restaurants here and there in our country.However, the reasons for their popularity are varied.
    To begin with, fast food can be ready quickly, saving customers’ precious time. Moreover, people find that it is convenient to find one fast food restaurant and order a takeaway. In addition, most fast food restaurants provide comfortable environment, clean food and excellent service, which cater to both the old and the young.
    As far as I’m concerned, we can choose fast food occasionally but we can not have it too often. For one thing, fast food is usually not very nutritious. Thus eating too much fast food will do much harm to our health. For another, we can get great pleasure from cooking together with our family members at home. In brief, fast food is a good choice for us when we are in a hurry but it should not become our staples.
