Well, I think two measures can be adopted to improve the traffic condition in my city. The first one is to raise the price of petrol so that travelling by private vehicles is more expensive. This will, for sure, reduce the use of private cars. The less frequently people drive private cars, the better the traffic condition. Another measure is for the government to improve the public transport system. If there were more public transport services available, citizens would choose a more economical way to travel, such as using the underground or buses, and the number of private cars on the roads would be dramatically reduced.
