答案     The flow chart tells us about the process for producing paper clips of different colours. In the first stage of production, the molten plastic is divided into three groups according to its colour--red, blue or yellow. The molten plastic is subsequently poured into moulds, after which the plastic paper clips are machine-checked for strength, Any paper clips not passing this quality control check are rejected. The paper clips that pass this quality control check are then sorted by hand either into batches of mixed colours or into batches of single colours. Following this, there is then a second stage of quality control to make sure that there is an acceptable mixture of colours in a batch or that all the paper clips in a batch are the same colour, depending on the requirement. Any batches failing this quality control check are returned to be hand sorted, those passing this quality control check are packed and finally despatched.
