    I bought travel insurance at your company to cover valuables last Monday before going for a holiday trip and now i am writing to claim for a lost phone.
    This is a white Iphone 4S 32G. I purchased it in Hong Kong with an invoice later found at my home, which says clearly the purchase date and the price (HKD 4,800). Unfortunately I lost it.
    This Tuesday when I was taking a boat on a river in Guilin, my tourist destination this time, I used the phone to take some photos and videos. Everything went well until I finished the boat ride. When I wanted to phone my family, i realised I had lost it. immediately I rushed back to the boat, searching every possible corner, but I couldn’t find it. i reported the case to the tour guide who registered for me at the local Lost and Found.
    I have repeatedly called the Lost and Found office, and there seems nothing I can do but activate the insurance policy. Would you please pay for the sum of money according to the terms included in the policy? All documents needed are attached with this letter.
