Student A  Oh, hi. I’m still in shock. How could the university charge us a quarter each time for the shuttle bus?

Last but not least, since a non-native teacher was educated in the same political and educational environment，she or he may understand students’ learning process of English better than a native teacher does．Because of all these，I think a non-native teacher may make a more effective teacher than a native one．
