答案 Personally speaking, watching sports is a hobby just like any other, which brings a sense of community pride and is a great way to hang out with friends. Firstly, I think watching sports is a hobby like any other hobby. Just as some people read books, play video games, collect movies, or draw, sports is a very popular hobby that many people enjoy. I don’t think it is any worse to spend your time watching sports programs than it is to spend a long period doing any leisure activity.
There is also a sense of community pride when watching a local or our favorite international team play. Sports can create bonds between strangers, help them start conversations at a bar or give old friends something to talk about. Further, sports teams are often the pride of a city or country, and give citizens something to support and feel proud of.
