答案     I prefer to join a club or do some extracurricular activities; in fact, I joined the swimming club at my university. I think doing extracurricular activities is a good way to relax, especially for college students, who usually have pressure in studying. For example, I usually feel refreshed and ready to face more challenges after swimming. On the contrary, if college students use all their spare time to take up another course or doing homework, they’ll feel more tired. I admit that more studying will equip students with more abilities; however, it’s equally important for them to manage a work-life balance.
