A court in Croatia has handed down a 15-year prison sentence to a Croatian Serb who was identified through a notorious video filmed during the Srebrenica massacre ten years ago. The man, Slobodan Davidovic was convicted of killing 6 young Muslims outside Srebrenica in Eastern Bosnia in July of 1995. The judge at the court in Zagreb says Slobodan Davidovic actively participated in the operation to kill 6 Muslims in the summer of 1995, following the fall of the town of Srebrenica to Bosnian Serb forces. He said a video recording of the murders apparently taken by a member of his Scorpion paramilitary unit proved beyond any doubt the accused had participated in the inhumane treatment of the prisoners of war and then murder.
