The five cities bidding to host the 2012 Olympic Games are making their closing presentations to the International Olympic Committee in Singapore. The winner will be announced later today. The BBC sports correspondent Harry P. is in Singapore.
   "The 45-minute presentations are the last chance for the five contenders to convince the IOC members that their city deserves to stage the greatest show on earth. The Paris delegation was the first on stage for the 45-minute presentation to promote the city’s ability to stage the Games. A video highlighted the projected sporting venues and the cultural and historic aspects of Paris. New York was the second city on display. Moscow, London and Madrid still have to make their presentations before the vote is made. Such is the quality of the five contenders that the IOC President Jacques Rogge predicted a close contest and urged the losing four candidates to bid again."
