Anti-mafia police in Italy say they’ve arrested at least 45 people including the suspected heads of 13 crime families in an attempt to avert a turf war in Sicily. A senior anti-mafia prosecutor said all the suspects have been charged with mafia association and extortion.
    For several months, police have been carefully deciphering coded messages that were written by the boss of bosses, Bernardo Provenzano.
