     Health is the most important thing in our life. Not being healthy, we human beings can do nothing. Health is the basis of work, of study and of success.
    Staying healthy helps us to keep ourselves energetic. We need energy to do work every day. If we’re in poor health, we’re not able to devote ourselves to our work. We just feel sleepy or weak or dizzy all day long. We only want to sit there, doing nothing. Also, staying healthy helps us to keep our body strong and our mind fresh. As long as we are healthy, we can be creative, imaginative and inspired. What is more, we can concentrate ourselves on our studies. And we are more likely to achieve success with our concentrated efforts. Many people who are in poor health have to go to see the doctor from time to time. With poor health, how can they be able to focus their mind on their work or study? As a result, they are most unlikely to succeed. Therefore, staying healthy means the first step toward success.
     In a word, staying healthy is crucial to our life. We should pay great attention to our own health to ensure our success in life and in career.
