     There are many countries and perhaps much more nations in the world. Each nation has its own culture. The removal of cultural differences and a better understanding of different cultures can contribute to the human development all over the world. And the most efficient way to achieve this is, in my opinion, traveling.
     Traveling to other countries, you can communicate with different peoples. You are in actual physical touch with foreign cultures, unfamiliar customs, and various traditions, which otherwise might result in confusion. If we do not go to see with our own eyes, we may not understand the differences, either great or subtle, between cultures. As far as I am concerned, I have had an experience, when I traveled to the U. S. A. The very short stay of ten days helps me to understand the country much better than I could in China. I lived with Americans, ate with Americans and did everything with them. I learned many things that cannot possibly be learned in our textbooks.
     The cultural differences can lead to great conflicts. To remove these differences becomes necessary and very important, especially in the process of globalization. I believe it is by traveling that we can remove them.
