      It is a practice nowadays that from high-range apartments downtown to detached villas in the suburbs, foreign names of globally glamorous landmarks or artists are borrowed to illustrate the property’s elegance. In the residential districts, the buildings including Victoria Mansion, Paris Garden, Rome Garden, and Vienna Plaza are not rare to find. How to account for this phenomenon?
