      It is a practice nowadays that from high-range apartments downtown to detached villas in the suburbs, foreign names of globally glamorous landmarks or artists are borrowed to illustrate the property’s elegance. In the residential districts, the buildings including Victoria Mansion, Paris Garden, Rome Garden, and Vienna Plaza are not rare to find. How to account for this phenomenon? Look no further than psychology.
      The first shot we can say is the vanity. In most cases, big names equal high prices. The big names now are a symbol, an index of high social status and financial power, serving as a social approval and a chance to show off. They are reluctant to be thought less.
