The Yugoslav authorities have announced the arrest of a man suspected of killing the Serb paramilitary leader known as Arkan, who was shot dead in Belgrade a week ago. Police say the suspected killer is a 23-year-old former police officer. He is said to be still recovering from wounds sustained during the attack. Police say they have also detained 2 of his accomplices.
