     Praise is like sunlight to the human spirit．We cannot grow any flower without it．It acknowledges our efforts and eases our tiredness，nervousness and weakness．
     An ounce of praise is worth a pound of scolding．Behavioral scientists have done countless experiments to prove that any human being tends to repeat an act which has been immediately followed by n pleasant result．We really appreciate people’s compliments which are transforming a kind of motivation which urges us to go forward．
     To give praise cost the giver•nothing but a moment’s thought and a moment’s effort．Considering the good effect，we should never hesitate to praise Mark Twain’s words once confirmed this belief“I can live for two months On a good compliment．”
