答案                                     My View on Quality-oriented Education
     These years, exam-oriented education is gradually giving way to quality-oriented education in China despite the fact that many people are still not sure whether quality-oriented exam should be adopted or not. Personally, I think we should reform our education policy to advocate quality-oriented education. I firmly believe in the magic force of the quality-oriented education policy; and I think it will bring us lots of benefits.
      For one thing, quality-oriented education is necessary for one’s overall development. As we all know, from primary school to college, students, teachers and parents — all are struggling for high scores. This is because the current education system is not aimed at students’ quality, but only at developing their ability to perform well on the test. As a result, many students, even those With high scores, often do poorly when it comes to the practical application of the knowledge and theory they have learned. Therefore, China should challenge examination-oriented education by advocating quality-oriented education to ensure the overall development for students. For another, quality-oriented education reflects the true nature of education. The nature of education is to make people get knowledge, not only in different subjects, but also in different areas, which can only be achieved through quality, oriented education.
     Quality-oriented education will focus on the students’ ability and quality as a whole. So I think our education will not aim at making the students into "robots" or "computers", but bringing up new generation that are masters of the robots and the computers themselves.
