    This Sunday your friend, Mike, will come to see you and you promised to pick him up. Yet you will not be able to meet him at the airport on time since you have to attend an important meeting. Write him a note of apology and make an appointment with him.
    Marks will be awarded for content, organization, language and appropriateness.

    Dear Mike,
    I am writing this letter to apologize to you that I could not be able to pick you up at 4:00 p. m. this Sunday. For I must attend an important meeting lasting until 4:30 p. m. that day. But after that I will go to the airport as soon as I can. So I will really appreciate if you can wait me in the coffee house inside the airport. Again, I am really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
