    What the picture depicts reflects an important problem to be solved in modern society—college students’ employment. Tens of thousands of college graduates are racing towards a narrow ladder which leads to the precious employment throne. With the realization of China’s popularization of higher education, college students’ employment competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and college students find it hard to get jobs. It is a problem that cannot be ignored in the development of higher education. Then how to solve the problem?
    For one thing, as is well known, the development of modern society requires that education should emphasize not only school subjects but also the ability to solve problems. Colleges should increase social practice activities and open employment guidance courses for graduates in order to improve their competitive power in the fierce job hunting. For another, college students themselves should finish study, meanwhile, improve their comprehensive quality on and on. College students can do some part-time jobs on vacation so as to accumulate work experience for future jobs.
    As far as I’m concerned, it is both colleges and college students themselves who should shoulder the responsibility of employment. Moreover, college students should correct their attitude and strive to improve their comprehensive quality. As long as colleges and college students make joint efforts, the employment problem can be solved satisfactorily.
