答案     As is demonstrated in the picture, a man has passed a lot of tests: political qualities, social morality, work ethics, family virtues and individual virtues. He is proudly holding a piece of paper in hand, which says: "Of talent and virtue, virtue comes first". This picture intends to tell its readers that virtues are more important than skills or talents one possesses.
    As far as I am concerned, virtues mean more to me than talents. First, talented people without moral integrity are actually dangerous. For instance, some hackers, albeit with excellent computer skills, show no concern for other people and the social order. They become a constant threat to the Internet users and often disrupt the orderly online community. Second, virtuous people are the most valuable assets in our society. They will apply their talents to make contribution to the society, benefiting everyone around them.
    In short, one should try hard to become outstanding in both talent and virtue. However, for the sake of common good, we should remember that virtue comes first.
