As for the old, postponing the retirement age is also beneficial to them, for they can not only earn money to cover daily expenses, but also make their talents and skills recognized and valued.
    In conclusion, population aging raises the critical question for the whole society, and postponing retirement age is one of the effective measures to be adopted.
