答案    As the chart shows, the number of people studying abroad and that of those returning both increased from 2008 to 2015. There are more people studying abroad than those returning every year. In 2013 the number of people returning suddenly grows, but increases more slouly in the following years. The number of people studying abroad remains almost the same in 2012 and 2013 , but grows in 2014 and 2015. The ratio of people returning to that of people studying abroad grows from 2008 to 2013 but drops then, with 2013 witnessing the highest. In general, more people are choosing to return.
