答案     Of these two ways of working, either with people or with objects or machines, I prefer working with people.
    When I work with people, I can work more efficiently than when I work with machines or object. My work then becomes interesting and productive. The reason, in my opinion, is that working with people gives us power and competition. Rivalry is a very effective motive in improving one’s ability. In addition, when we talk and have conferences, we can get better ideas than we can with only one person’s idea. So, group members may solve problems more effectively than does an individual, because they may contribute different and essential resources to a solution.
    On the other hand, working with machines or objects makes me bored and it takes a lot of time to complete the work I am given. You can become inhuman if you spend most of your time only handling machines. Though they are very accurate, they don’t have hearts. In other words, it is hard to feel love toward machines. At last, you might be tired of your work.
    The reason I like working with people is because of companionship. We can learn something from everybody even if we don’t like them. If there is companionship, people will love working with people, and we can expect progress in our lives.
