    I’m writing to state my view on the water pollution problem. It truly has become a public hazard today and seriously affects our life.
    As for how to solve the problem, I have the following suggestions. Firstly, we need to educate the public to strengthen their awareness of the problem. Only by involving all the people can we get progress radically. Secondly, the government should formulate rules and regulations to control the situation. Any person, factory or group who violates the law should be punished.
    I believe we would have clear water in the near future if we take the problem seriously.
