    Recently I undertook the task of taking a group of elderly visitors from America on a tour round some of the most important buildings in Beijing. While I showed them around the Imperial Palace and the Great Wall, to name just a few, they couldn’t help expressing their astonishment at the wisdom of ancient Chinese and said that they would cherish this impressive tour in memory all their lifetime. Everybody left with satisfaction and gratefulness to our company. Still, I find there being some problems where we can further improve our service.
    Since some visitors are seniors or middle-aged, among whom some are disabled, it is sometimes pretty challenging for them to climb to the top of the Great Wall all by themselves. So I suggest we introduce some facilities, like high-tech armchairs, or employ some people to be visitors companies if they like. By doing these, we will make their tour easier and more enjoyable.
