问题 Dear Sirs,
   We thank you for your promptness in delivering the Cocoa bean we ordered on 24th September, but we find that only 485 tons of the same were delivered whereas our order was for 500 tons.
   To support our statement, we enclose one copy of Inspection Certificate from Shanghai Commodity Inspection Bureau. On basis of the Inspection Certificate, we hereby lodge our claim (索赔) with you for ￡5, 000 in all.
   We are sure that you will give our claims your most favorable consideration and look forward to your settlement at an early date.
