Applicants (申请者) whose native language is not English must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

In addition, applicants should have three letters of recommendation (推荐信) submitted from professors or others who can prove the quality of their academic performance and potential. The recommendation must include the applicant’s full name and the program to which the student is applying.
