Heads of all departments,
    The administrative office is to hold a meeting at the assembly hall of the office building at 2:00 p.m. on July 7th, 2001 (Friday). In the meeting, the financial programs will be discussed. All the heads of sections and departments are required to attend the meeting and each participant is expected to prepare and bring a proposal on the financial program.

4．通知写完之后，应该认真校对。校对中要注意单词拼写是否无误，语法结构是否有错，标点符号、格式、主谓一致等都要符合要求。校对时，还要注意内容中有关项目，如：时间、地点、人名等，是否准确。
