    The staff are kind and provide me with good service, especially Mr. John Chen. It’s a great experience for me to stay in such a clean and tidy room and I also enjoy the delicious food in the dining hall. However, for the convenience of the guests, I hope a shuttle bus can be arranged between the hotel and the subway station be-cause the hotel is rather far from the downtown area.
