    I’m writing to you to complain about the poor service of your online service department.
    On February 1, I ordered a CD player from your online service department by e-mail via Internet. I didn’t receive the delivery until yesterday, March 14, which is 10 days later than the date you have promised. Moreover, the quality of the CD player is not up to the standard and it simply doesn’t work now. I’m returning the faulty CD player to you, and I hope you can replace it and improve your overall quality of service.
