问题     In China, over 84 percent of employers chose to give year-end bonuses(奖金)to their employees with close to half the companies providing rewards between 5 000 yuan to 10 000 yuan, according to a survey by Beijing-based consulting firm PXC.

    7 percent of employees will use their year-end bonuses on their children’s education.
    6 percent of employees will use year-end bonuses to repay debts.
    6 percent of employees will use their year-end bonuses to maintain(维系)" good relationships" with friends or colleagues, or other people they consider "important" in their life.
    4 percent of employees will spend their year-end bonuses on work-related training and education.
