Dear Manager of the First Department Store,
    Last month, I bought a SQ200 mobile phone in your department store. After I used it for several days, I found there is something wrong with this mobile phone. It could not be used to take photos or send messages. Now, its function is limited to receiving calls, which does not worth the price I paid for.
    The problem of this mobile phone has greatly affected my normal life. Would you please let me know whether your store can replace another one for me or take it back? An early reply would be appreciated and I hope that my problem will get your prompt consideration.
