答案     In the past decade, foreign fast food enterprises have streamed into every corner of our country in a surprising speed. Fast food restaurants such as KFC (Kentucky’s Fried Chicken) and the McDonald’s are popular with many Chinese, both children and adults. They love them because the foods provided are foreign and new. They have different taste from those traditional Chinese dishes. Moreover, foods in a foreign fast food restaurant are served much more quickly and conveniently than Chinese dishes.
    However, many people refuse to eat foreign fast foods.  First of all, those foods are far from economy. Usually an adult cannot make himself full without spending at least twenty yuan or more. Then those foods contain too much heat and fat. They do harm to people’s health. This is said to be one of the reasons why there are so many overweight children in China nowadays. Finally some people believe that the over-crowded foreign fast food restaurants are threatening traditional Chinese ones. It does no good to the development of Chinese dishes as well as our Chinese culture.
    In my opinion, the existence of one thing has its own reasons. What’s important is that we should notice the shortcomings of our own and learn merits from others. Only in this way can we survive the fierce competition in the global village.
