From his famous remark, "Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe." we can see that for Abraham Lincoln,  the way to success is to make full preparations.
    I am firmly supportive of Abraham Lincoln’s view that good preparations lead to success. Success never comes to us accidentally, but as a result of careful planning and preparing. Having set our goal, we have a clear idea about how to fulfill it. Without elaborate preparations, many of our efforts would be random and we would most probably end up in failure.
    Examples that adequate preparations help people succeed can be found everywhere. Workers who spend days learning the technique of operating the machines beforehand can produce qualified goods in a quicker way. Interviewees researching thoroughly the company and the specific job before the interviews are more likely to pass the interview and get the offer.
