The very step shows us the higher education is not only preparing its students with knowledge and skills for academic research or practical work but also cultivating well-rounded citizens.
    I firmly believe in the merits and the necessity of this special enrolling system. With effective guide and strict regulation, colleges will enroll and foster more and more qualified talents.
